"The case does add bulk or size to the phone; the phone still feels compact. I also like this series as it doesn’t t hide the phone’s exterior. One flaw is that it was extremely difficult to insert the phone into the case. It may be because of the case material, but it doesn’t stretch to allow you to push the phone in. I’m dreading having to take the phone out for any reason."

"i’ve been a long time supporter of phone revel but the past two to three purchases were disappointing. the tpu lining for the sleep/wake button for the iphone13 pro has deformed for those purchases. this didn’t happen when i had the iphoneX rebel case."

"I got this phone case for my wife's iPhone 13 Pro Max. I have consistently always bought phone cases for my phone from Phone Rebel and have always had a great experience. However, my wife dropped her phone from a reasonable height. (About where your pocket is on your pants/where your arm naturally sits when resting by your side.) and the Back of the phone broke through the case. It was very disappointing since these cases are normally extremely shock resistant and proof. When we contacted the customer service about the issue and just simply asking to return the case and get a full refund since the case did not protect her phone as advertised, we were given the run around. I have always loved these cases from this brand, but unfortunately, with the complete failure to provide basic customer service, I don't think we will be purchasing any more in the future."
