Customer Service is extremely lacking

"My parcel was delayed 3-4 weeks due to the Canada post strike (so far not rebel’s fault). I emailed customer support about 10 days in asking for a replacement case to be shipped from another carrier as the case sent with Canada post was not going to get here on time and christmas was approaching. They brushed me off and said that the strike would end and I’d get my case on time. Lo and behold a few weeks later, the strike ended, the case got shipped back to the sender so I’m left there with no case and have wasted about a month. No apologies, no case, no offer for expedited shipping and they wouldn’t even re-ship my case (I’d have to put in a new order for the new price on the website). That was their chance to make thing right after things went wrong, but they and did nothing about it and I’m left with nothing for Christmas. I’m sure the product is good, but when the customer service sucks this bad, it makes me not wanna deal with them again."

Poor quality

"This case starting falling apart after close to 2 years of use. No major falls or damage, just started coming apart at seams. I emailed customer support and they did not care. I guess they don’t expect anyone to keep phones for more than 2 years. So much for quality"

"This is my 3rd time ordering a case from Phone Rebel and although I wouldn’t call myself an expect I have to say I have never been so impressed by both functionality and design equally with a case before. It thrives by being sleek and compact while being very durable and the addition of the screen protector is a nice touch. Add on the customization and you can’t go wrong with Phone Rebels Gen 4. Another thing I would like to mention is the pricing. Most high end cases these days will run you anywhere between 60-90 dollars yet Phone Rebel have been able to keep prices low without taking a hit on quality. I would like to see other brands take some notes regarding price, quality, and over all look."
